Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Please note that we do not accept returns on final sale items as we do not offer final sale items in our store.

 

How to Initiate a Return

1.  Email our customer service team at returns@joannaaccordi.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Our team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Carefully pack your item in its original packaging and include any related accessories.
4. Attach the prepaid return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier location.

 

Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
• If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

 

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
